GOLDEN MILK


  • 1 + 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Warm coconut milk to a simmer.

  2. Mix in spices and syrup until fully combined.

  3. Enjoy warm with a cinnamon banana mini loaf for an extra Solar Plexus boost!
